Nainital is a popular hill station in the Indian state of Uttarakhand and headquarters of Nainital district in the Kumaon foothills of the outer Himalayas. Once you reach here, check-in at the designated hotel and spend the remaining day in activities of your choice. You can either relax in your hotel room or enjoy a boat ride on the glittering Naini Lake (at your own expense). Return to the hotel for a hearty meal and take a good night’s sleep for waking up refreshed next morning.
Wake up in the morning and get prepared for the day’s excursion. Start with a visit to Hanuman Garhi, which is a famous religious site and picnic spot in the town’s outer bounds. The breathtaking vistas of sunrise and sunset from this place are famous.
Later, leave for an enthralling tour of three lakes – Bhimtal, Naukuchiatal and Sattal. All these lakes are situated at short distances from each other and are known for their picturesque environs and gleaming waters. While the lake in Bhimtal is known for its island, the one in Naukuchiatal is a perfect site for angling and birdwatching. The interconnected lakes in Sattal are quite mysterious and earn fame for their serene location and almost undulated surroundings. After breakfast, drive from Nainital to Jim Corbett National Park . After reaching Jim Corbett, check-in at hotel and later Visit Corbett National Park. In the Morning, you can set out for a fun safari ride (Cost Extra) inside the National Park, where you can see animals like the famous tigers, deer, leopards, jungle cats and elephants etc. Return to the hotel for breakfast.
